Park Sołacki as the above park is called, was developed a 100 years ago.. it is over a km long and 250 m wide... The water channels we see throughout the park are actually a river - the Bogdanka.....

Beautiful area right in Poznan
A lovely park with a large lake in the middle of Poznan. Worth taking in the serenity early in the morning. People were fishing when we visited.
