When in Plomari, this is a must do! First we learned about the history of the factory and of Ouzo itself. Afterwards we headed to the factory where they gave us more information of how they make Ouzo....
The most interesting thing is the ouzo that must drink without ice and at least 42 degrees otherwise does not naturally. Mr. Barbagianis that we had the chance to meet still resists...
which offers a very good guide and explains the production and distribution paths very well. There is a small ouzo tasting for this. You shouldn't be allowed to escape.

Ganz witzig - aber sehr überschaubar
Recht kleines Museum über die Erzeugung von Ouzo. Informativ und witziger Führer. Aber höchstens was für 1 h (mit Verkostung). Nicht teuer.
