Well worth the visit
Small but well worth the visit. Lots of displays, boats and lots more. Excellent history of the local area and it’s fishing heritage. No entry fee but they do ask for donations. Don’t miss out.
Stopped by here in July 2020 - museum had not yet opened during Covid pandemic, but manager kind enough to let us in (re-opening next day) to visit the lobsters - we were excited to see many rare type...
I loved this place and now understand the lifecycle of this uncompromising creature. It was good to get to pick up one of them that weighed several kilos. I’m glad the elastic bands were high quality!
