Preah ang Dorngkeu Shrine is a small temple by the Four Arms Bay River in Phnom Penh, but don’t underestimate this small temple. The incense inside is very prosperous. Every day, many people come here in groups to queue up to send lotus flowers in their hands, release creatures, etc. So you will find a lot of animals flying freely around, and there are many vendors selling lotus around.
