What travelers say:

Booked Moto Guzzi 1200 for a 9 day Sicily tour (with pillion & luggage) 6 months ago but when we arrived the only bike available was a BMW750. Had to take the bike as we had no option then returned it day 3 as it was uncomfortable for 2 up and horrible to ride with clutch/engine issues. Had to rent a car to catch up the lost day and finish our tour. We are out of pocket for car rental and Sicily Moto Rent will not refund any of the remaining bike rent days. Have rented bikes in 4 other countries and this is the worst customer service we have experienced.
