Lovely story to fountain
Lovely fountain right before beach and fishing pier. Some times there are concerts that are at this spot. There are plenty of places to sit around fountain or have a photo moment.
Centrally located
A fountain situated at the main area of the city, close to the beach, located basically at the main entrance to beach. You surely will pass by if walking from the city to the beach or other way round.

This fountain is located centrally next to the beach and is reflection of the romantic Lithuanian legend. Must see!
Lithuanian legend
The sculpture "Yurate and Casting" was built in 1961 at the end of J. Basanavicius Street, at the pedestrian bridge in the sea. According to the legend, once in the Baltic Sea the network was thrown by a brave fisherman Castintis. ...
