I visited at a children's cheer dance recital. I went around each floor before the performance, but the 4th floor has a slope and is far from the stage, so I think it's not good. I was able to see Lake Biwa just near the waiting.

I visited for the first time at a concert for children. I enjoyed it in a small hall for children, but the hall itself was a large hall, and there was an open cafe in the back of the first floor, and it was nice to see Lake Biwa beyond the big glass. The appearance was also stiff and nice.
