    Breezes

    Gorgeous views from the top. Luckily there is not much walking from parking since we were tired by that time. The breezes were incredible and seeing the cliffs and hearing the birds caw was wonderful....

    Pretty sight but cold!

    We stopped our car for a while here and the view was nice. It was however freezing cold during winter time so do wrap yourself up properly.

    Good viewing point

    If you have a car and not too far off, this is a good point to stop for 10 minutes or so to enjoy the views, sea breeze and take some pictures. Parking is not an issue. There was only one other car ...

    Wonderful View

    This deck is overlooking the Bay of Ishikari and Japan sea. View is fantastic but alway with strong wind. There are regular buses from Otaru bus station, it take less than 30 minutes to reach here. Ne...

    we saw sea lion here!!!

    we came here after visiting otaru aquarium for the view and we were lucky to see wild sea lion on the rock island and we can also hear them .and sea duck on the other side.
