Nice, clean modern onsen
Really enjoyed this onsen. Convenient to get to (next to Kabe JR station), really clean and nice open air onsen on the roof of the building. The only slight minus is I thought I smelled chlorine. G...
I've only been to a handful of onsens in Japan but this was my absolute favourite. Having the luxury of being on a rooftop onsen was everything fantastic.
Beautiful, on top of a roof , onsen. It seems to be very new, updated and extremely clean, well which are most of the natural spa. Be aware of one thing though, out of all the inviting hot bath, only ...
You can see it as soon as you leave Kawabe Station on the Ome Line. It feels like tourists in the direction of Okutama stop by on weekdays and on holidays. It is a pity that the bathroom is a little small because it is near the station, and there are few essential natural hot spring bathtubs. However, the quality of the spring had a feeling of turnull. The dressing room is also small and the flow line is bad. I think it's better to make a layout that thinks about customers a little more.
I stopped by on the way back from climbing Okutama. At first, I thought the price was high. However, I was convinced that the lockers are large and the facilities are solid, including the open-air bath. Above all, it is wonderful to be located in a place that can be seen from the station. There was a public bath problem for climbing Okutama, but it seems that it can be solved with Ume no Yu.
