After returning home, I miss the joy of going to the forest with my friends every weekend. There are a lot of State Parks in the United States. It takes about an hour to drive from Pittsburgh. This time I went to Moraine State Park. There are many things to play in state parks like this in the United States: kayaking, mountain climbing, barbecue! We went to the Korean supermarket and wholefoods one day in advance on the weekend to buy the ingredients: pig five flowers (barbecue session dumplings! ! ! A bite of roasted pork with pickles lettuce~~) Raw (made garlic sauce at home in advance, with spicy millet inside~ brought a whole set of wrench to open the birth hahahahaha) Legs of lamb (cut a few knives on the surface in advance, cut a few pieces of ginger to go to the chopping) Angus steak (don't add any treatment, roast directly at room temperature, only sprinkle with coarse salt and black pepper!
