Caverns were interesting. Tour guide was knowledgeable. Full tour took about 30 min. Low-tech business - very old school. Tours are first come, first served but we got in right away on a Friday mid-da...
Cool place to visit
This is very cool and educational. We learned a lot and was glad we went. It's cooler inside so if you bring kids a light jacket is a good idea.
Could be better with more time allowed
Rushed and crowded. Very hard to view and enjoy while being herded along like cattle and taking time to wait for other tour groups to pass.
Linville Caverns is a great cool get away
We recently took our daughter and her family on a trip to Banner Elk, NC. Our grandchildren are 7 and 2. The 7 year old is into rocks and was very excited to go to the caverns. It did not disappoint....
Beautiful caverns
We had a good time. Hadn't been here since a child and brought the whole family to enjoy. Even the little ones liked it. You WILL get wet but you can buy ponchos.They turn the lights off for about 2 m...
