brooklyn bTerrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We rented a pontoon boat on Saturday, Aug. 28th for 8 hours. Not even an hour after we left the marina with our rental, the boat overheated and broke down. We call the office to let the staff/management know (because at this point we didn't think the boat would restart) we were told, very coldly, "we'll try to get someone out there" LOL. No one ever came, btw and I'm pregnant. Doesn't matter to these people. Luckily, our boat did restart after cooling down for quite some time, and we started to make our way back to the marina to return the boat and hopefully get another rental for the remaining 4 hours we paid for and still had left. We were ignored and blown off for 45 mins after being told the maintenance repair guy would have to come and "inspect" the boat before they could do either of those two options, giving us another boat or issuing a refund for the remaining 4 hours we had left. We finally left, after they told us they "couldn't get hold of the maintenance guy", didn't know when or IF HE WOULD EVEN SHOW UP, getting the cold shoulder by ALL THE STAFF, or rolling their eyes at us like WE were the ones inconveniencing them for their pathetic excuse of a boat breaking down at LEAST 10 times in 4 hours before we luckily got back to the marina. We have talked to several "managers" here, and not one of them have been or were any help whatsoever. My family and I will never come back here and will happily warn everyone to stay FAR AWAY from this pathetic marina. Their restaurant is also trash and can't keep employees (hmm, wonder why that is! LOL) Don't waste your money at this establishment.United States · Pulaski County
