I went to November 2017. It is a joint well where old spring water flows a short walk from Shuri Castle, not a river. Today, where water supply is located, it has finished its role and has become a playground for children, but it is a very mysterious and relaxing place. It's in a residential area and down the narrow stairs, so I think it's better to check the location carefully before going.
