Okinawa World

Okinawa World Culture Kingdom is a large theme park in Okinawa where you can experience Ryukyu culture. It mainly features attractions such as the Gyokusen Cave, Kingdom Village, and Viper Museum Park. Visitors can learn about Okinawa's history, culture, and nature, and participate in a variety of hands-on activities.

Gyokusendo Cave is a massive natural stalactite cave formed over a long history of 300,000 years. Containing over one million stalactites, it is one of Japan's largest stalactite formations, creating a bizarre landscape.

In "Kingdom Village," the castle town of the Ryukyu Kingdom, four old houses recognized as national cultural properties have been relocated. Here, you can enjoy more than 10 cultural experiences, including weaving, printing, dyeing, and Ryukyu glassmaking. At "Viper Museum Park," you can learn about the ecological environment of the rice spoon snake and visit various reptiles.

Viper's performances using rice spoon coins are held daily, and their funny and unique content can't help but bring a smile to people's faces. The trainer's humorous commentary might even make you feel a little sorry for the fearsome Snake Snake. Performances are held daily at 11:00, 12:00, 14:00, 15:30, and 16:30, with each performance lasting approximately 20 minutes. The must-see large-scale festival parade performance, "Eisa Drum Dance," takes place four times a day at 10:30, 12:30, 14:30, and 16:00 at Eisa Plaza. It lasts approximately 25 minutes. Shouts are accompanied by drums, and the action culminates in traditional theatrical and lion dance performances.
