Statue of Ramses II

Ramesses II, the third king of the 19th dynasty of ancient Egypt, ruled between 1304 and 1237 BC, during the heyday of Egyptian history, and was known as the king. His statues are found in many parts of Egypt, most notably the 14-metre-high granite statues preserved in the Memphis Museum and the 20-metre-high statue outside the Temple of Americus in Abu Simbel.
