Chapultepec Castle

The castle is an amazing place to remember some history from the time when Maximiliano de Hasburgo and his wife arrived to mexico to the actual moment. Also all the Mexican context and the nationalism that in primary we get as Mexican. is beautiful to remember. I saw that the Folklore Ballet of Amalia Hernandez have some performances there, I love that company. it’s a pitty that next day I had to go from CDMX and we already have plan for that evening. if you have time get the tickets ☺️

The Chapultepec castle is magnificent, decorated very luxuriously, and well preserved, and can overlook Mexico City on the top floor.

The scenery is average, mainly speaking about a history after Mexico's independence. The only advantage is that you can see the city street in the palace. Just in time for the parade, very ritual. Tickets are not cheap, so I personally feel that the price is not high.

Chapultepec Castle is the only royal castle in the American continent and the only monarch's residence in North American history: Emperor Maximiliano I of Mexico's Second Empire and his spouse, Queen Carlotta. It is now the National Museum of Mexican History. It is free for the public on Sunday, but foreigners charge 90peso tickets. There is no voice guide, most of the descriptions are only Spanish, I want to take pictures and translate, and the speed can't keep up. I really feel lonely.

The Chapultepec Castle in Mexico City is a royal palace from the Spanish colonial period. The interior is luxuriously decorated and full of European nobles. It houses many items used by European royalty and is now a museum where you can see the luxury of the Spanish colonial Mexican nobles.

I'm not a fan of art or history, but I absolutely like Chappeltepeck Castle. Different artistic styles, fascinating insights, rich and colorful history and architecture itself, I stayed happily for several hours. In addition, the view from the castle is one of the best places in the city to overlook Mexico City's Central Park (Forest Map). When you're in Mexico City, add it to your "must see places" list.
