A joyous walk for all levels of walkers.
This is my idea of a perfect walk/climb. Scenery unreal, gentle bog land underfoot, and definitely the best signposted walk I’ve been on. I only wish I lived closer to it as I would walk it every week...
Sli Grainne Mhail - Best walk on Achill?
Super walk for someone with sturdy boots. About 2 hours - but glorious views. Not too high or difficult. Any reasonable walker should be fine. Start ane finished at Pattens pub
A good challenge, with reward of great views.
Nice hike. Great views. Good climb on the first half. Tricky under foot on the last 1/3. Well marked trail.
