A temple of Shingon Esoteric Buddhism that makes you feel history
According to Engi, in 1059, jito (manager and Lord of manor) at that time, saemon Shiogama Sato received a dream, and found eleven faced Kannon at senbagatake (senbon Dake) in otachi, took it back by ship and served it at present hakuka Ji Temple. It is said that it was named Hakukaji Temple because beautiful white flowers bloomed on one side.
