Very good.

We went in March. It was very cold indoors, but there was a heating room and I was able to rest warmly. The staff was also kind. It was very vacant and slippery. There is a hot spring facility next door.

I used to skate several times a year, when the sliding fee was free. Helmets and knee pads can be borrowed for free, but when we went, it was crowded, so there were limited numbers of knee pads, and only rubber was stretched. The children also had a free 30-minute lesson. There is also a heating room, so there were also private rooms in the arena for those who only visited and for breaks to warm their cold bodies.

If there's no match,
As the name suggests, it is an indoor facility for ice skating competitions, but I don't think it's worth a visit without a match.
