A small shrine.
Original Text
It was along the road about 10 minutes north of the west exit of Koriyama Station. The sacred tree stood out from the road. As a tourist from afar, I felt that I didn't have to take the time to go.
Read as Asakane Shrine. About 15 minutes walk from Koriyama station. It is located on the outskirts of town. Originally built around 1060 as Doso Shrine, it is said to be the god of road opening and traffic safety. There is a large sacred tree in the precincts, and there is also the Amida Sanson Pagoda in the Kamakura period.
