    Beautiful scenery

    We drove by and decided to stop for a short walk to take in the scenery. It was truely beautiful, everything lush and green during the 2nd week of June. Weather was comfortably cool.

    Beautiful walks

    There are the walks from this centre, a high grass plain, an oak and beech forest, both 15 minutes. Then a 40 minute river and moss walk. All were marvelous. If coming from Aso be sure to stop at the ...

    Last August, I ran on the Yamanami Highway from Kumamoto City by car share. It was for the purpose of avoiding the heat, but it was hot. It is a place rich in nature.
