I suppose there are renovations going on and the park is being updated. Still, lots of exposed tubing and wires, downed trees, messy paths... Will come back in a while to see the improvements.
The Madero Park was remodeled less than 1 year ago. When it was opened, it was greener and clean. Now I guess lack of maintenance and/or conscious of Mexican people... lots of trash every where and ...
Nice place for visiting with your family or friends. Parque Madero in the evening can suggest you dancing fountains, which starts at 7 pm, and repeats every hour. spectacular, must to see view.
