As you drive along the galle fort you will this buddhist temple located along the coast road with a small stupa. Painted in white.

Unassuming place of worship

Positioned right on the street corner, as everyone is going about their daily activities, is this simple structure, where anyone is free to drop in & offer a moment of prayer.

Small Stupa. Just OK.

A small temple that is not very notable, you’ll doubtless walk by while touring the Fort. Stop for a moment, take your shoes off, walk in, and spend a few moments. That’s all you need.

Nice Buddhist Temple

Inside the Fort there is also this nice Buddhist Temple. It is quite interesting and has an attractive stupa. Anyway, it's major attraction is the quite big reclining Buddha.
