This hall の former に Yuan Music Bodhisattva statue
Original Text
It is a temple of the Shingon sect Toyoyama school located near Keisei Nishifune Station. In front of the relatively new main hall, a statue of Kannon Bodhisattva holding a child has a gentle smile. The history of the temple is new, and it is said that the name of Shoenji Temple is derived from the fact that two nearby temples merged around the end of the Meiji era and combined the kanji characters on the heads of each temple.
You can see this temple from the Keisei Line. It was a little big and magnificent temple. The wooden sitting statue of Gochi Nyorai here is said to be a designated tangible cultural property of Chiba Prefecture. There was an explanation near the mountain gate.
