When I stopped by here before, the weather was not good so I could hardly see the scenery. This time as well, the general gas was gas, and the scenery was not possible, but before that, the passenger car of the 1 was parked with a sticker. I was scared and couldn't get out of the car.
When you run from Narusawa on the prefectural road along the Aokigahara Tree Sea, there is an observatory in a place where the Tree Sea suddenly interrupts and the visibility opens. It is a wonderful view of the Southern Alps in the back of Lake Motosu. The observatory has only a parking lot and a few benches, and there are no facilities such as toilets. The stay time is long even if you take a picture with a view of the scenery, and it is 10 minutes.
This is the place I happened to visit when I was driving from Lake Kawaguchi to Fujinomiya. You can see the Southern Alps mountain range at the end of Lake Motosu. I think it's a nice view to visit at any time, but I think it's best in winter where you can see the greenery in the foreground and the snow-covered Southern Alps in the back.

Great view of Lake Motosu and the Southern Alps
