This name is given to the promenade connecting the Koshu Highway and the Musashino Line under the elevated area and the tip of the local forest. It is well maintained and easy to walk. At the end of the Meiji period, a railway carrying gravel in the Tama gawa River was built, and later passenger transportation for racecourse was also carried out. After that, the site where the Musashino line was completed and the role was finished seems to have become this promenade.

A promenade connecting Fuchu Jumachi to the local forest park along the Tama River. It is divided into sidewalks and bicycle roads, and some people cycle.
