Not worth the drive
Drove around Island in 15 minutes. Unless you’re staying at the one motel or the overpriced/overcrowded campsite, nothing to do here. No public beach access.
This is the heartland of Western Shore culture and Bay heritage. Not much to do here but hang out, boat on the bay, and eat local cuisine. Still beautiful and relaxing. Kids / teens only desired if u ...

Nice stop on a drive-through
Some nice vistas and good photo op... there are pull-offs on either side of the road. Not much else to do.
Just a drive through
We stayed in Piney Point, and took a drive through St. George's Island area. This is a beautiful part of So. Maryland.

Very Small
As far as I can tell this is a very small place - but a nice place to come for quiet and listen to the waves.
