Poor signage for this hike. You arrive to a couple orange puddles. It was fine to take the kids and we had fun. Just don’t set your expectations too high.
This is an interesting stop on your way through the Kootenay’s. This place shows another way that nature is so diverse and fantastic. Worth your time to stop!

Cool stop for a short hike

Interesting short hike
The paint pots are interesting, but not spectacular. The rusty coloured soil and clay, make for a muddy walk at times. Short walk to see the pots.
