Duolun County, which is part of Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located at the southern end of Xilin Gol League and the eastern end of Yinshan North. East longitude 115°30′-116°55′, north latitude 41°45′-42°39′. The west is connected with the Zhenglan Banner, the north is bordered by the Keshiketeng Banner in Chifeng City, and the south is adjacent to Wuyuan County, Fengning County and Weichang County. The total area is 3863 square kilometers. In 2011, it was approved by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Xilin Gol League Government to build a central city. The county people's government is stationed in Duolunqier Town. In 2008, it was awarded the honorary title of famous historical and cultural town of China, and in 2010 it was awarded the honorary title of famous town of national characteristic landscape tourism. In September 2018, it was awarded the title of "China Natural Oxygen Bar".[1][2] On April 18, 2019, the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region decided to withdraw from the poverty-stricken flag county sequence.
