Shude Mountain Villa

Shude Villa was built in Zhaojiajing Village, Luhong Town, Dong'an County in 1927. It is a large-scale manor-style building that combines Chinese and Western styles. Its corridor-style building reflects the style of modern Chinese and Western architecture. The plane layout adopts the traditional symmetrical method of southern Hunan dwellings. The patios, gates, corridors, corridors and semi-circular windows, glass grids and western-style buildings use asymmetrical patterns to break the tradition of Chinese architecture. The courtyards and gardens of the villa are also quite elegant. The Chinese-style pavilions and Western-style flower beds complement each other, which reflects the combination of residential and garden, Chinese and Western styles, and reflects the new concept of the Qing Dynasty, the early Republic of China, which was influenced by foreign architectural trends. It has important historical, artistic and scientific value. The inner wall of the mountain villa is designated as the protection area; the mountain villa, within 9 meters of the south and north walls, and within 50 meters of the west wall are designated as the construction control zone.
