Christchurch Town Hall

The Christchurch Hall opened in 1972 and is Christchurch’s premier performing arts center, officially named Christchurch Performing Arts Hall in 2007, which is located on the banks of the central city’s Avon River, overlooking Victoria Square. It was badly damaged in the February 2011 earthquake, but was rebuilt by vote in 2012.

This was damaged in the major earthquake, and the tour guide said it was still being repaired due to limited workers

After the earthquake, the place was rebuilt.

It is being repaired and cannot be visited, but now it is possible to see from the outside. There have been many concerts.

Listening to music at Christchurch Concert Hall is a great pleasure, the concert hall is very large, mainly located on the north side of Victoria Square.
