Bayue Mountain

Bayue Mountain is located at the junction of Dazu District, Tongliang District, Yongchuan District and Shuangqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone in Chongqing, with an average altitude of 778 meters. Bayue Mountain is composed of thirty-five peaks standing on the top of the mountain. The peaks are beautiful, the mountains are stacked, the mountains are deep and quiet, the karst landform is very rich, the caves are beautiful, the spring water is clear, the trees are green, the clouds seal the fog, and the springs fly. The Bayue Mountains are winding and winding like a giant swimming dragon, so the beautiful scenery of Bayue is known as "Bayue Youlong" and one of the "Ten Small Sceneries in Chongqing". The pines and bamboos on the mountain are green all year round. Lush and lush, it absorbs dust every day and produces a lot of fresh air, which is the lungs of Bachuan city. Bayue Mountain was called Nukun Mountain in ancient times, also called Lufeng Mountain. In the Song Dynasty, because of its beautiful peaks, forests and bamboos, and its location in the suburbs of Bachuan County, it was renamed as Bayue Mountain. The peaks are beautiful, the mountains are stacked, the deep and quiet, and the landforms are also very rich. In addition to the peculiar scenery, Bayue Mountain is also one of the ancient tea areas in my country, and it is the production place of the earliest tribute tea in my country, Shuinan tea. Bayue mountain tea was designated as tribute tea to the king of Shu during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty.
