I agree with one of the previous reviewers. Not sure why this is listed here. Dirty building. Not a tourist attraction. There are better things to do and see in the city.

Interesting place to visit
Passed by the "CAM" on a walking tour and spent some time in the Plaza in front of it. There are a lot of sights within walking distance and It's always good to see the city center.
