Very nice place to exercise, run or walk. You will find a path next to the water. Bring a hat and sunscreen.

Explore here on weekdays and I found it a great place to walk. The surrounding harbour and reserve itself have beautiful views. A wide variety of Australian plants are planted around sandstone blocks and are well worth a visit. If you want to exercise yourself, come here, you can easily climb the stairs or walk in the flat area.
Returning land to nature is a rare thing. More often than not, with economic development, damage to plants. Now, following a sensible and deliberate plan, the City of Sydney has replaced a large, old unused concrete surface with a beautiful mountain native garden, where everyone can find plenty of fun. You can ride a bike, walk, sit on a bench and watch the boats, or spend time with your friends in a cafe. This 60,000 square metre foreshore park replaces the oldest container terminal and I think Australian landscape architect Johnson Pilton Walker has done this remarkable job in partnership with American Peter Walker, whose name deserves mention. We spent relaxing time in the Barangaroo Nature Reserve and beach walks, enjoying the sun, the beautiful scenery and the harbour.
Go to Barangaroo to see the sculpture exhibition in the gale, which is not comparable to Bondi's! _________ There aren't many tourists. Maybe it's because of the off-season. The weather is cold and the parking is convenient.
Barangaroo Reserve is the perfect spot for a harbourside picnic. As well as providing a new perspective on Sydney Harbour, Barangaroo Reserve features lookouts, idyllic coves and a variety of picnic spots
