Hauraki Gulf

Fuller's one-and-a-half hour tour included a ferry round-trip to and from Waikhko Island. It's a really good overview of the islands, giving us a chance to see many beaches and other islands around us. We stopped at Palm Beach, which was a mile long, and spent about 20 minutes walking around the beach of NGOs in our spare time. You can return to the ferry at the end of the tour or get off at Matiata. The tour company will berth there every hour to pick you up and return to the ferry. There are many beautiful beaches.
