I often go to Mt. Rokko, but when I went through the Ashuri Road that I didn't pass because it was a toll road, I was impressed by the spectacular view of Higashi Rokko Observatory (the location of the drama) and Osaka that I heard from the rumors! I want to see the night view because it is popular, but it is quite a mountain road, so it may be careful driving at night?
When I went to Kami's parents' house, I rented a car and went for a drive and climbed Mt. Rokko for a while. There was a break spot with a parking lot on the way up, so when I stopped by, it was a surprisingly wonderful view spot. Under the south side, you can see from Osaka Bay to Kobe, and you can see Koyama and Hanshin racecourse in front of you. It's not winter, it's a good time of the season, and it's a place that's not hard to imagine, whether it's a date spot at night. ...
It is a toll road connecting Ashiya and Arima. On the way, there is Higashi Rokko Observatory overlooking Osaka. (Elevation 645m) The night view is very beautiful at night. In addition, there is a treasure hall gate in the middle, from which you can go to various facilities on Mt. Rokko. Perfect for a drive.
A toll road connecting Ashiya and Arima. Higashi Rokko Observatory is a superb view point with a panoramic view of Osaka. Hankyu Bus runs from Arima Onsen to Ashiya, so it is recommended. It costs money because it is a toll road if it is a car, but the night view is beautiful at night.
It is a driveway from Ashiya to Arima Onsen via Mt. Rokko. I'm not very happy that there is a charge, but I recommend it because of the beauty of the scenery that matches it. There is a very large toll gate at the entrance of the toll road.
