The experience was great. It was the first time I'd ever seen wisps of mist rising from the lake. The tangerines from Dongjiang Lake are a must-try; they're delicious. I bought a small amount for 3 yuan per jin (500g) on-site, but they were around 10 yuan on Pinduoduo. A must-try! The karst caves on the island are also quite spectacular.

Gaoyiling, a place whose true beauty speaks for itself! I dare say, once you've seen it, the magnificent panorama of red cliffs, emerald waters, and crimson clouds will undoubtedly become the most stunning cover image in your phone's photo album. This isn't the gentle water towns of Jiangnan, but a wonderland where the ruggedness and colors of the earth are magnified infinitely. Walking along the "Dragon's Backbone," with bare, continuous mountain ridges beneath your feet and steep cliffs and emerald lakes on either side, every step feels like strolling on clouds, your heart pounding with the breathtaking scenery. The steps of the Sky Ladder may be physically demanding, but as you conquer them, the breathtaking panorama before you instantly washes away all fatigue. The suspended walkway (if open) offers an exceptional vantage point, allowing you to embrace this masterpiece of nature from every angle. It's also worth mentioning that the experiences offered here are quite abundant. Whether you're looking for thrills like Via Ferrata climbing and ziplining, or a more leisurely experience with the cliff swing and cloud mirror viewing platform, there's something for everyone. I personally tried the ziplining; the speed and exhilaration of plunging down from the heights, combined with the breathtaking mountain scenery, are definitely worth the experience! The only downside might be the intense sun! The entire scenic area offers virtually no shade, so sun protection is essential. Hats, sunglasses, and sun-protective clothing are indispensable, and it's best to avoid the midday sun. Overall, Gaoyiling is the kind of top-tier geological wonder you absolutely can't miss if you're already there. It may not have many recreational facilities, but its pristine, wild, and magnificent beauty is enough to let you feel the purest power of nature. I highly recommend it to all nature lovers, hikers, and photographers. Trust me, it will become one of the most unforgettable spots on your trip.

Lianzhou Underground River truly lives up to its title as the "King of Karst Caves in Lingnan"—the experience is fantastic! A 1500-meter underground river winds its way through four mountain peaks. The geological wonders in scenic areas like the "Fairy Field Square" are breathtaking. The 47.8-meter-high cave dome and 53.6-meter-wide stalactite formations are a testament to nature's artistry. The cave maintains a comfortable, constant temperature, is packed with negative ions, and even boasts a community of Ganoderma lucidum, a national first-class protected plant. A 400-meter boat ride on the underground river, enhanced by sound and light effects, and the newly added AR geological science guide system, are the icing on the cake! Lianzhou Underground River is definitely worth visiting again and again!

This is a very interesting scenic spot, representing one of the most representative areas of Danxia landforms. It's worth a visit, with beautiful views by land, water, and air. However, the scenic area is not very well developed, resulting in low visitor numbers. The climb is quite challenging, making it unsuitable for the elderly and children. Transportation and value for money are also not ideal.

The air was fresh, and many locals went to fetch water. You can take an electric cart all the way up the mountain, but to see the waterfall you need to climb up yourself. There are also food options inside the scenic area, and the electric cart service is quite good. The only downside is that the entrance fee seems a bit expensive.

The verdant mountains and clear waters create a picturesque scene, while numerous cliff carvings add to the rich cultural heritage. As you ascend the winding trail, you'll see drones conducting pest control operations, a testament to the fusion of nature and technology. 🌹👍👍👍

Strolling through Ganzhou's Song Dynasty City, bluestone pavements lit by red lanterns, the brickwork of the ancient city walls holding thousands of years of history, truly embodied the allure of the saying, "Ganzhou itself, half a step into the history of the Song Dynasty." The most captivating moment was a guzheng performance. As the lights came on, the sound of music drifted through the crowd. The players, dressed in Song Dynasty attire, blended their fingertips with the silhouettes of ancient memorial archways, creating a sense of transport back to the bustling streets of the Song Dynasty. Pausing to listen, the surrounding hustle and bustle faded into the background, leaving only the guzheng's melodies echoing off the eaves. Combined with the nearby calligraphy exhibitions and intangible cultural heritage stalls, the atmosphere was filled with the charm of the Song Dynasty, a moment that became the most unforgettable memory of the entire trip.

It's worth going during the day. We decided to go on a whim, arriving at 5 PM but not quite reaching our destination until 6 PM. The staff asked if we wanted to continue, and we did. However, many rides had already closed. Only a few theaters and the roller coaster were truly enjoyable. Because it was Halloween night, there were many scary elements, and the sounds were quite frightening. We were too scared to go into the haunted house and didn't get to experience much of the rides, but we were definitely frightened by the music. The roller coaster was very safe and stable. Recommended.

Mount Heng (Nanyue) is best reached by those who prefer a leisurely pace. The bus ride to Nantianmen takes 45 minutes, where a sedan chair is available for 300 yuan (a price clearly stated by the scenic area). Hiking to the summit takes about an hour. There are many temples within the scenic area; you can pay respects to Buddha, Bodhisattvas, and the Great Emperor of Nanyue. The temples are all on the mainland and not difficult to access, making it suitable for families with children and parents.
