Overall, it was a good experience. The Harmony cruise ship was probably the best for the Three Gorges Dam tour. The itinerary was well-designed; we boarded at the passenger terminal, first passing the Gezhouba Dam to experience the rising water level, then the Three Gorges Dam to experience the ship lift. Along the way, we passed classic scenic spots like the Xiling Gorge and the Three Gorges Family. The overall route was well-designed. After visiting the Three Gorges Dam, we returned by bus. The only drawback was that this VIP tour was served in a regular 45-seat bus, and the bus was in poor condition and not very clean. Hopefully, they can improve the related services.

The scenery of the reservoir in Qingjiang Gallery is beautiful. Taking the full-journey boat trip takes a little over an hour. The 1 PM departure has a shorter stop, only 1 hour and 20 minutes, because the crew is about to go off duty, so the sightseeing time is shortened and there's no time to go to the top of the mountain.

Its ship-carrying chamber can carry ships up to 3,000 tons, with a maximum lifting tonnage of 15,500 tons and a lifting height of 113 meters. The tower column of its ship-carrying chamber section is 146 meters high, and the dimensions of the ship-carrying chamber are 132 meters × 23.4 meters × 10 meters. The total length is 5,000 meters, making it the world's largest and most technically challenging ship lift project. The passage through the dam takes 40 minutes.

I feel that the amusement facilities are still a little less, the park is not big enough, and it took me a while to finish the tour. It took me a while to watch the performances inside. The movie "Three Gorges Eternal Love" was good, and the other performances were a bit monotonous. It was nice to take pictures. Overall it was very good.

It was so hot🥵, overall it was okay, the same price as the official price, no discount. I spent 65/person on the way (I understand the tour guide), so be careful when choosing if you have elderly people or small children in hot weather.

You can enjoy a panoramic view of the Three Gorges Dam across the way. Electric carts are optional and cover a distance of just over a kilometer each way. The Qu Yuan Temple, originally built in the Tang Dynasty, was relocated once for the Gezhouba Dam project and again for the Three Gorges Dam. The county government office and ancient dwellings resemble a small county town; I wonder if they were also relocated. During the National Day holiday, there are many performances showcasing local boat trackers' songs, folk songs, and customs, which are quite entertaining.

This is a great place to escape the summer heat. At over 1,300 meters above sea level, the temperature at the foot of the mountain is 38 degrees Celsius, while atop it's only 30 degrees Celsius at noon and 20 degrees Celsius at night—very cool. The sun doesn't burn you, so wear sunscreen. If you drive to the north gate, parking is free. The scenic shuttle bus is very convenient and you can take it anywhere, stopping at your destination. Unlike some tourist attractions, where you have to transfer to an electric bus twice after taking the shuttle bus, this one goes all the way to the destination. The glass skywalk and the roller coaster are perfect for young children, but there's no package deal for the glass slide, so I didn't try it. Grass skiing is a downhill ride on a small slide, not on real grass. The deer in the deer park are also adorable, with free-range baby deer. The horseback riding at the stables was okay, and the horses were very docile. Food and drinks are a bit pricey, typical for tourist attractions. The Hawthorn Tree Love is just average; it's just a quick stop, so don't expect too much. This is primarily a summer getaway and a relaxing getaway.
