It was constructed in 1958 as a man-made reservoir. It has a beautiful scenery, with mountains and water. One needs to take a boat to go the islands on the lake. On Juzizhou Island, visitors can come to pick oranges when they are ripe. There are also Moon Bay, Lover's Island, Qianyuan Villa, etc. where travelers can visit. Around the lake, there are Xifeng Cave Scenic Area, Fotu Temple, Mount Shizi, and other attractions.Show Less
