来和我一起旅行A trip to Zhangye isn't just about seeing the colorful Danxia, but also about visiting Mati Temple, with its history, scenery, and unique grottoes. We visited on the afternoon of the first day of National Day holiday. We only had to queue for 20 minutes at the base of the Thirty-three Days Grottoes; there were no lines elsewhere. We visited the Thousand Buddha Caves on our way back. The Medicine Master Hall is the most challenging part of the climb, with a straight up and down section requiring only hands and feet to navigate through small holes carved into the cave walls. The round trip took three hours and was quite tiring. Don't plan your trip on the same day as Pingshan Lake.

There are obvious instances of local government vehicles entering the core area of the scenic spot directly without taking the sightseeing bus. To improve the overall quality of the scenic spot, it needs to be managed according to market standards.

M43***08It's alright. Since it's in the city center, you can stop by the Giant Buddha Temple on the way to Mati Temple. The main attraction is the reclining giant Buddha; the rest is so-so, it depends on your personal preference. But I don't know much about this kind of history, so I don't have much to say.

wjmwendyZhangye Danxia Landform is the only composite landscape in China consisting of Danxia landforms and colorful hills, covering an area of approximately 536 square kilometers (including the Qicai Danxia and Binggou Danxia scenic areas). Formed over 100 million years ago by the erosion of red sandstone, its peaks are steep and uniquely shaped. Must-see viewing platform: Qicai Rainbow Terrace, offering the best panoramic view. It is said that the best views are after rain, sunrise, sunset, and snow, due to the strongest color contrasts. The scenic area has frequent shuttle buses, making it convenient to explore. Walking distances are not extensive, making it suitable for people of all ages. The scenic area is relatively far from Zhangye city center, and shuttle bus intervals are infrequent. A taxi ride takes about 40 minutes and costs approximately 100 yuan. There are many guesthouses near the scenic area, providing convenient accommodation and dining options.

M2d***3iThe night tour of the Danxia Mountains in Alanlagda was truly breathtaking! The Danxia is breathtakingly magnificent during the day, and even more mysterious at night under the illumination. I highly recommend this experience; it truly is even more captivating than during the day!

M43***97I feel that among all the attractions in Zhangye, Alien Valley has the best value for money. The various weathered rock structures are of different shapes and colors. It is so unique. It feels like you are out of the earth when you play there. This experience is full of happiness.

118***49It is known as the first snow peak in life, because it is the closest snow peak to the city more than 5 kilometers. Traffic is a big advantage. From Xining, it is very convenient to take the Zhangwen Expressway or the 227 provincial road. The good thing is that the attractions are free and only need a shuttle bus for 25 yuan. The fly in the ointment is that there is only a small amount of snow at the end of the arrival, which is a little disappointing. I heard that if you want to climb the snowy mountain, you must issue a specific inspection report and a professional mountaineering certificate.

The scenery is beautiful and the crowds are few. Strolling through it feels like being in a dreamland. Absolutely amazing!

夏阳湖Mars Base 1 is located in Jinchang City, Gansu Province. It is the first Mars-themed immersive real-life experience base in China. There are multiple experience centers in the base, including the Mars Simulation Survival Experience Center and the Mars Interstellar Exploration Experience Center. The rich facilities and activities allow visitors to enjoy a real Mars exploration experience. Visitors can also feel the desolate scene of Mars around here and take photos in this special environment, just like an interstellar explorer. The base ticket is 99 yuan, and visitors can also choose to stay for one night, and experience the magnificent view of the stars in the sky at night. So on the whole, Mars Base 1 is still worth a visit.
