Yuantouzhu is truly a fantastic place, and I highly recommend everyone visit! Last time I went with my family, we were immediately captivated by the scenery. The shimmering lake and the distant, rolling mountains combined to create a breathtakingly beautiful scene. We took a boat trip on Taihu Lake, enjoying the gentle breeze. Walking along the lakeside paths, the air was filled with fresh scents, making us feel incredibly relaxed. The island boasts many ancient buildings with a rich historical feel, and you can easily discover interesting things just by wandering around. There weren't many tourists, so it wasn't noisy, allowing us to quietly appreciate the scenery. We brought some snacks, found a shady spot under a tree, and chatted while eating—it was incredibly pleasant. I'll definitely tell my friends about this wonderful place, and I'd love to come back again sometime!

Winter has already arrived, and visiting Nianhua Bay this time of year exceeded my expectations. I mainly went for the buffet at the grand hotel; the service was excellent, and I also saw a drone show and a fireworks display.

Lingshan Scenic Area in Wuxi: A Pilgrimage to Cleanse the Soul From the moment I stepped into the scenic area, I was deeply moved by its solemnity and peace—a five-star rating is a must! Upon entering, the four large characters "如来如愿" (Rulai Ruyuan, meaning "As You Wish") immediately catch the eye, amidst a profusion of flowers, seemingly foreshadowing the fulfillment of this journey. Passing through the archway inscribed with "Dana, Bishou, Patience," the huge red lanterns and distant Buddha statues create a picturesque scene, instantly calming the mind and inspiring reverence. In the square, white doves stroll leisurely, and I occasionally encountered children in red interacting with them; the scene was as pure as a painting, even the air seemed to be filled with a sense of healing. Passing by the screen wall inscribed with "Do no evil, do all good," the wisdom of Buddhism silently conveyed, reminding everyone to purify their hearts and reflect on themselves. The most stunning sight was the Nine Dragons Bathing Square! The lotus-shaped bronze fountain glitters in the sunlight, its water jets soaring into the air. Lifelike dragon sculptures surround it, depicting the legendary "Nine Dragons Bathing the Prince." The mist on your face seems to wash away even your worries. The Brahma Palace is simply extravagant! Pure white buildings with golden domes, set against the blue sky, resemble a celestial palace descended to earth. The Buddhist art treasures inside (reportedly costing 1.8 billion yuan) showcase meticulous craftsmanship in every detail; every snapshot is a masterpiece. Of course, the highlight is the 88-meter-tall Lingshan Buddha! The compassionate bronze Buddha statue stands tall. Climbing to the base and looking up, one feels insignificant, and the soul is instantly cleansed. Touching the Buddha's feet, clasping hands in prayer for family peace and prosperity—this sense of ritual is truly irreplaceable. The koi pond is also incredibly therapeutic! Schools of red and golden carp frolic in the water, crowding together when fed. Make a wish, and it feels as if even the fish are helping you convey your desire! The entire scenic area perfectly blends the beauty of lakes and mountains with Buddhist culture. From the chanting of morning bells and evening drums to the solemnity of the Five-Seal Mandala, every step is a double enjoyment for both the eyes and the soul. Although the ticket price is a bit high, the awe and tranquility are absolutely worth it! If you're looking for a place to clear your mind, pray, and make a wish, Lingshan Scenic Area is the perfect choice. Highly recommended for all travel and culture enthusiasts. Remember to wear comfortable shoes and slowly savor this beautiful "wish fulfillment" experience!

A garden of exquisite beauty, nestled halfway up Taihu Lake. The beauty of Liyuan Garden lies in its ingenious design, with bridges every three steps and scenic views every five; in the vibrant interplay of pavilions reflected in the clear waters and blossoms adorning the banks. Spring brings peach blossoms, summer offers the fragrance of lotus in the breeze, autumn showcases the sparse shadows of osmanthus, and winter reveals snow-covered eaves. Time seems to slow here, each scene unfolding like a traditional Chinese ink painting, revealing the unique gentleness and elegance of Jiangnan.

    LIMUHLIMUH

A diversified town themed around pottery culture, integrating ecological nature and traditional culture. Designed by renowned architect Kengo Kuma, the town's overall style is a perfect blend of modern minimalism and the ink-wash painting aesthetics of Jiangnan, brimming with Zen and artistic flair. Admission: 60 RMB per adult. The entire town is themed around antique architecture, Republican-era style, and pottery culture, integrating natural and cultural elements of Yixing such as mountains, water, pottery, bamboo, and tea. Small bridges over flowing water, gray bricks and tiles, and staggered horse-head walls create a picturesque scene at every turn, reminiscent of an ancient Jiangnan town. It features historical sites such as ancient streets, bridges, and alleys, as well as cultural venues like the Ceramics Museum and the Purple Clay Pottery Museum. During the day, visitors can stroll through the town, exploring the Dragon Kiln and Kiln Site Exhibition Hall, the Lu Xiang-sheng Exhibition Hall, Chunxi Embroidery and Textile Workshop, the Jiangnan Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, the Fenshuidun Folk Museum, the Zisha (purple clay) Lecture Hall, the Jiang Family Ancestral Hall, the Zisha Market, pawnshops, sauce workshops, Dongpo Thatched Cottage, and the riverside wetlands, experiencing its rich historical and cultural heritage. In the evening, visitors can take a ride on the "Cloud Train" (30 yuan per person), which runs clockwise around the town, traversing elevated roads, tunnels, valleys, bamboo forests, and tea fields to experience its charm. During the night tour, fireworks illuminate the sky above the town, creating a dazzling display of light and shadow on the water. Visitors can enjoy unique dragon-shaped water shows, fireworks displays, bonfire livehouse performances, drone shows, and more. In addition, there are acrobatics, fire dances, bonfires, intangible cultural heritage fire kettle performances, and band performances, allowing visitors to fully experience the town's charm. Many special activities (such as pottery and tea ceremonies) require additional fees and are quite expensive. Food prices are also not cheap.

The Plum Garden at night is much more fun than the Plum Garden during the day. The performances are also good, and they are much better than expected. Nanchang Street is a very long street. It seems to have been developed in at least three phases, stretching farther and farther away. Every city has this ancient street, with similar contents and similar goods. The main attraction is the scenery along the river. The CCTV Spring Festival Gala stage is carefully selected and meticulously crafted, and the scenery and lighting are magnificent. The main street is wide, while the side streets are narrow. There are many open-air cafes and teahouses along the river, which are mosquito-infested.
