A very good museum. It's very helpful for children to learn about railways and trains. The Japanese steam trains inside can reach speeds of 120 km/h. It's amazing that the technology was so advanced more than a hundred years ago. It's really impressive. The other exhibits are also very unique. Children can gain a comprehensive understanding of the development history of various trains.

Taking the kids to the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Museum was an immersive scientific feast! In the interactive exhibits, children operated light and shadow experiments and built mechanical structures, their eyes filled with curiosity and excitement. The aerospace, physics, and life science sections were richly illustrated with engaging explanations, making abstract knowledge intuitive. The entire experience was a fun and educational one, satisfying their thirst for exploration and planting the seeds of scientific thinking – a truly meaningful family time that's worth visiting again and again!

5 out of 10! The Liaoning Provincial Museum is Shenyang's hidden cultural treasure; a whole day isn't enough! As the first museum in New China, the Liaoning Provincial Museum truly embodies the spirit of "understated yet rich in content"! Free admission and directly accessible by Metro Line 2 (Exit D, just a 150-meter walk), it's incredibly convenient, requiring no navigation. The architecture is magnificent and grand, with a clear exhibition layout. The 22 exhibition halls cover 17 categories of collections, including prehistoric culture, Liao Dynasty artifacts, and calligraphy and painting masterpieces, with over 115,000 artifacts to explore—a paradise for history buffs! The must-see exhibits are truly breathtaking! The white jade pig-dragon from the Hongshan Culture is exquisite; its rounded shape is both ancient and mysterious, a marvel of 5,000-year-old carving techniques. Zhang Xu's "Four Poems in Ancient Style" features unrestrained cursive script; even the ink smudges are clearly visible under magnification, exuding the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty. There's also the Murong Xianbei's gold hairpin shaped like a flowering tree and the Yongzheng kiln-fired red-glazed pomegranate-shaped vase—both aesthetically pleasing and historically significant. For a deeper understanding, I recommend renting a VR audio guide for 50 yuan. It not only provides detailed explanations but also comes with a postcard, making it far more rewarding than wandering around aimlessly. Don't miss the volunteer guides either, as they are packed with information! The exhibition hall is vast, so comfortable shoes are recommended. Allow at least 3-4 hours for a leisurely visit. There's a restaurant on the first floor for a light meal, and the "Hairpin Flower" series of souvenirs in the cultural and creative area are very attractive—perfect for gifts or personal enjoyment. The only minor drawback is that some of the museum's most prized artifacts (such as the "Auspicious Cranes" painting) may be temporarily closed for conservation purposes; check the official website for announcements before you go. Whether you're introducing history to your children or experiencing cultural heritage with friends, the Liaoning Provincial Museum is worth visiting multiple times! Every artifact here tells a story spanning thousands of years. After a visit, you'll be deeply moved by the profoundness of Chinese culture. Don't miss it when you're in Shenyang!

I couldn't find any official paid guided tours online, so I went and found them okay. It cost 100 yuan for three pavilions, and another 100 yuan for the other two. It's not far from the city, but Ctrip offers a one-person transfer for 88 yuan. It's actually a 30 yuan taxi ride from Zhongjie. It's not particularly fun, but the exhibits are quite good. If you have the time, you should check it out.

I was the only visitor this time, and the guide was incredibly attentive! She explained everything very thoroughly, highlighting key artifacts and emphasizing their importance. The two-hour tour lasted a full two hours, and she even answered all my questions. The Shenyang Museum has many worthwhile artifacts to see, and this tour was truly well worth listening to!

I wanted to go shopping in Old Taipei City in the evening, but it was already past 9 o'clock when I got there, so I couldn't see the show. Unexpectedly, there were not many people around, except for a few food stalls. I walked into the mall and saw that there was no one in sight. There were no doors on the second and third floors, and the lights were not on. Add to that the rows of blood-red lanterns, and it was a straight-up horror movie scene. If an NPC showed up at that time, it would definitely scare the hell out of me 😂

    东方一石东方一石

Shenyang Imperial Palace, also known as Shengjing Imperial Palace, was the imperial palace of the early Qing Dynasty. Construction began in the tenth year of the reign of Emperor Taizu of Qing (1625) and was completed in the first year of the reign of Emperor Chongde of Qing (1636). It doesn't feel like a miniature imperial palace, but it is one of the two remaining royal palace complexes in China, and the only royal building complex outside the Great Wall. After the Qing Dynasty moved its capital to Beijing, it became an imperial palace. It was built during the reigns of Nurhaci, Hong Taiji, and Qianlong, and took 158 years to complete. Nowadays, quite a few people come here to take pictures of emperors, empresses, princesses, and nannies.

I thought it was just an amusement park, but the performances were beyond my expectations. Although the seabed is not big, it is very attentive. Children like it and adults will not be bored. The food and beverage prices are not high and are completely acceptable. We went there at noon, watched the performances in the afternoon, and played until closing time.
