Easy to install and setup. Did not encounter major glitches but had a loss of data when travelling along ceralong certain parts on KLiA Express.

The SIM card is fantastic. We connected it before departure, when there was still internet, so we could just turn it on upon arrival, but now we're stuck with the connection. Time starts ticking as soon as you connect the SIM card, but you never actively use it. The internet was flying, it worked everywhere, everything was great. We later extended it for a day, and everything was fine.

I had just stepped out of Kuala Lumpur airport, hit by a wave of heat, but my phone had no signal.
