Ctrip's group tours are generally good. The tour leaders, vehicle conditions, and travel arrangements were all satisfactory. The tour leader this time was very attentive and professional, and considerate of the tourists. I think Ctrip could also offer recommendations for tours with "golden tour leaders." There were some issues with the itinerary this time. The bus trip from Phnom Penh to Angkor Wat was a waste of time and added an extra six hours of bus travel. They should have gone from Phnom Penh and flown back from Angkor Wat, or gone from Angkor Wat to Phnom Penh and back. The group size should have been smaller to ensure the last row of seats on the bus was empty. Sitting in the last row on a long journey is too tiring and a poor experience; I'd rather charge more.
