Process was fuss-free. Just arrive 30min before the departure and when the door opens just scan your eticket and get thru.

Order confirmation was convenient, and Ctrip customer service responded quickly. Local guide Dong was polite and friendly. Vung Tau is a relaxing and pleasant little town, and the one-day itinerary was well-planned. The van was comfortable, and lunch was decent. The only downside was that the actual meeting point differed from the one stated on the order. Overall, I was professional, satisfied, and would recommend it.


