This is a great activity to learn about perfume making. Just be advised that there's a sales pitch at the end, too. You do not have to buy anything though. The tour is very professionally led through the museum with insights on the history of perfume. This is followed by the workshop making your own bottle. We loved it. My daughter was so into it that she wants to learn more about it all. Our guide was fabulous and the whole team at Fragonard seem highly engaged and enthusiastic about their work. This made it all that much more enjoyable. We did buy other scents later as their products are exceptional. We will enjoy them for a long while to come.

The museum was very interesting, I enjoyed the historical items it held and the tour guide was very kind. My only complaint would be the lack of different scents you could mix together, other than that it was a nice experience.

We loved learning about perfumes and doing the mini-workshop. The start was disorganized; the staff at the door weren't very friendly, and the tour began without the guide introducing herself, making it a bit chaotic. If you know nothing about perfumes, it's worthwhile; it's short and easy to understand. I would have liked the guide to focus on all the participants, not just those she liked, to answer their questions and give explanations.


