Amazing trip. It was our children’s first time snorkelling and we were really well looked after by the guys at Ballena Tour. Josef (hopefully spelt right) stayed with us the whole time and was very patient as the children got the hang of snorkelling and made a real effort to ensure they were ok and pointed out all of the amazing creatures to see. We saw Green Sea Turtles, Hawksbill Turtles, a sting ray, a so many fish. We all had a fantastic time and Cano Island is stunning. Definitely a trip worth doing off you are in Uvita

The instructors Joanna and Osi were super kind! From the office, they took us with their car to the beach, because we had none. The boat ride was very fun, and at the island, we got into the water very quick - and saw a great variety of colorful fishes, 2 species of ses turtles, a shark and stingrays. The stay at the second spot after having melon & pineapple was a bit short, but still very enriching. The food afterwards was very nice & for us, they made an vegetarian option aswell! Thanks a lot, can recommend! :)

I had an amazing day kayaking through the mangroves. Our guide, Anner, was amazing - very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and fun.

Today we visited Corcovado National Park in Costa Rica and it was one of the highlights of our trip. One thing that made this tour truly special was the small group size. While we saw several other boats that were completely full—probably because they were cheaper—our group was small and that made a huge difference. Because of the small group, the experience felt much more personal. Our nature guide had plenty of time for us and answered all the questions we had about the rainforest, the animals, and the ecosystem. It really felt like a private exploration instead of a crowded tour. We were also incredibly lucky with wildlife. We saw a tapir, crocodiles and many other animals along the way. Seeing these animals in their natural habitat was absolutely unforgettable. For us—Stefan together with Marvin and Manuel—this trip has been a fantastic boys’ adventure, and this excursion to Corcovado was definitely one of the most fun and memorable parts of it.


