We buy an E-SIM card from Trip.com for every trip. This option covers all of Europe plus Istanbul (we had a layover there). The connection was impeccable in Sicily, Rome, and Istanbul; changing locations and countries didn't affect the connection quality at all. The price is very reasonable; we stayed for 15 days, getting 10GB for 15 days for 279 rubles. We used it without any restrictions.★

This 5G roaming service is truly amazing! Whether navigating bustling cities or visiting remote towns, the signal remains consistently strong and extremely stable. Even in crowded transportation hubs, the network speed is smooth and uninterrupted, and video calls are crystal clear, almost face-to-face, with absolutely no noticeable delay. Having a French SIM card allows you to apply for local apps and make calls, which is quite convenient. I used about 1GB of data per day, which was clearly too much this time.
The most convenient thing is that upon arrival at my destination, there's no need to change my SIM card; the system automatically connects to the internet instantly. The ultra-wide bandwidth allows me to enjoy the same lightning-fast experience as when handling business or sharing high-definition travel videos.
