The plane was 6 hours late on the day of departure, but Trip.com , the airline, everything was arranged and connected very well. The claim settlement process that came back was also handled quickly under the guidance of the customer service staff. Tour guide was friendly and informative. Our Chinese was limited and may missed noting some info. Tour guide 许导 is very helpful; we misunderstood the timing and came back a bit late missing the bus. 许导 waited for us and arranged another bus back. Very grateful for the good service!
