Because we were individual travelers, the waiting time for departure in the morning was a bit long; the itinerary stated an 8:30 departure, but we didn't depart until 9:00. Everything else was excellent. The itinerary, tour guide service, and transportation were all good. I especially want to mention our tour guide, surnamed Wang, who was very dedicated, patient, and approachable.

The accommodations were great, but because the itinerary was so rushed, I barely got to enjoy the so-called five-star hotels. I didn't even have time to go to the Hilton's pool once, and frankly, I didn't even have time to explore the hotel itself. The one-day shopping trip was incredibly frustrating; on the last day, I was just dumped in Patong, exhausted from all the shopping.
